Entries can be made online at www.GoAffiliated.co.uk/win by completing the online form or by completing an official Step Up Step Forward competition card at an equine event which must be handed to a member of the Step Up Step Forward team or posted to Win a £1000, Step Up Step Forward, Evans Business Centre, No 64 Culley Court, Orton Southgate, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire PE2 6WA.
Proof of posting does not constitute proof of receipt.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post.
Step up Step Forward are not responsible for the cost of postage.
Only entry forms that have been completed in full will be entered into the prize draw.
Entrants must be residents of the UK aged 18 or over.
Only one entry per person is allowable.
This prize draw is not open to employees or contractors of CopperKite Ltd., British Dressage, British Eventing, British Show Jumping Association, any person directly or indirectly involved with Copperkite Ltd. British Dressage, British Eventing, British Showjumping Association or the running of the competition, or their direct family members.
The final closing date for entries is 10/05/2011 at 23.59.
No entries will be accepted as eligible after midnight on this closing date.
The prize draw will take place within two weeks of the closing date of the 10/05/2011.
Winners will be contacted in writing by 05/06/2011. The winner will need to respond in writing to claim their prize within 15 days (from the the postal / email date of the notification letter). After 30 Days the prize will be redrawn.
Only the winners will be contacted personally.
Copperkite Ltd. does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries and cannot be held responsible for any inability to submit entries as a result of computer service, systems and or server failure, error, interruption, defect or delay or any other technical malfunction.
Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
The prize is £1,000 in cash.
The prize(s) must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred.
Once prizes have been allocated they cannot be transferred.
CopperKite Ltd. reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
Prizes unclaimed after twenty eight (28) days following notification by CopperKite Ltd. will be deemed to have been forfeited and CopperKite Ltd reserves the right to either offer the prize to the entrant whose name is next drawn at random, or to re-offer the prize in any future competition.
CopperKite Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or change this prize draw at any stage, if deemed necessary in CopperKite Ltd opinion.
Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to have agreed to be bound by them when entering this competition. The winners may be required to participate in publicity.

The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize draw may appear in other promotional materials.
